Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Products must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories included.

Return Process
1. Contact our customer service team via live chat or email (info@neoexpressautoparts.com) within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Our representatives will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item(s).
3. Ship the product(s) back to our returns center at the provided address, ensuring they are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process a refund for the purchase price, excluding any applicable shipping charges. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for your order.

Please note that customized or special-order parts may be subject to a restocking fee or non-refundable policy. Our team will be happy to provide more details on a case-by-case basis.
